    The Victorian Government has released the Fishermans Bend Framework document that sets out the strategy for the development of the Fishermans Bend Urban Renewal Area. In launching it the Minister for Planning the Hon. Richard Wynne MP outlined the final plan for the area and the appointment of the Fishermans Bend Development Board.
